Your podcast doesn’t start with equipment, it starts with your voice

Oranjestad, Aruba – The Aruba School of Media, an initiative of Quantum Quorum Media, is organizing a two-day Podcast Workshop on February 19 and 20, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The workshop focuses on voice, storytelling, and authentic on-air presence, and is designed for anyone who wants to communicate more clearly and confidently through audio.

The program is built around the idea that strong podcasting is not about expensive equipment, but about how effectively a message is delivered. Participants will learn how to use their voice with confidence, structure stories that keep listeners engaged, and sound natural and authentic behind the microphone.

In addition to podcast-specific skills, the workshop covers communication techniques that are valuable across many professional fields. Topics include voice and breathing control, storytelling structure, authenticity in communication, and basic technical awareness for recording clean audio in simple environments.

The workshop is part of the first educational offerings of the Aruba School of Media, which aims to empower local talent by strengthening media and communication skills on the island. Due to the hands-on format and personalized approach, spaces are limited.

The participation fee is AWG 550,-.
