ORANJESTAD<\/strong> \u2014 Aruba Tourism Authority (A.T.A.) heeft maandag 14 juli officieel \u2018Jonas\u2019 gelanceerd, een innovatief project dat is ontwikkeld in samenwerking met AFAS. Na een uitgebreid traject van ontwikkeling en voorbereiding is A.T.A. volgens de organisatie de eerste klant in het Caribisch gebied die de module voor kunstmatige intelligentie van AFAS invoert binnen de afdeling Human Resources.<\/p>\n

De digitale medewerker is ontworpen om personeel van A.T.A. 24 uur per dag en zeven dagen per week te ondersteunen. Jonas geeft direct antwoord op vragen over interne regelingen en procedures binnen de organisatie.<\/p>\n

De introductie van de nieuwe digitale collega vond plaats tijdens een intern evenement voor het volledige team van A.T.A. Daarbij waren toespraken van het HR-team, evenals een presentatie en demonstratie door AFAS.<\/p>\n

Met de invoering wil A.T.A. de interne processen binnen de HR-afdeling verder optimaliseren. Daardoor moet meer ruimte ontstaan om te focussen op de ontwikkeling en het welzijn van medewerkers, wat volgens de organisatie een belangrijke prioriteit blijft.<\/p>\n

Op termijn krijgt Jonas ook een eigen stem. Medewerkers zullen dan rechtstreeks via hun mobiele telefoon met het systeem kunnen communiceren, zonder gebruik te hoeven maken van een computer. Dat moet de toegang tot informatie vergemakkelijken en de gebruikservaring op de werkvloer verbeteren.<\/p>\n
