MACUARIMA \u2014 In het John F. Kennedy Education Center heeft onlangs een hercertificeringscursus plaatsgevonden voor subfiscals van het Korps Politie Aruba (KPA). In totaal hebben 25 politieambtenaren de cursus met succes afgerond.<\/p>\n

Tijdens de informatiedag kregen de deelnemers lezingen van verschillende deskundigen, onder wie een rechter-commissaris, een officier van justitie, vertegenwoordigers van de Orde van Advocaten en een docent van de Universiteit van Aruba.<\/p>\n

Aan bod kwamen diverse onderwerpen die nauw aansluiten op de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van een subfiscal. Daarbij lag de nadruk op wet- en regelgeving, procedures en het Wetboek van Strafvordering. Volgens het KPA is deze kennis van groot belang voor de beslissingen die subfiscals in de praktijk moeten nemen.<\/p>\n

Met de hercertificering wil het korps blijven investeren in de deskundigheid van het personeel. Het KPA laat weten ook in de toekomst opleidingen en cursussen te blijven aanbieden om de kennis binnen het korps verder te versterken.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
