DEN HAAG<\/strong> \u2014 De Studenten Commissie Aruba (SCA) heeft onlangs haar eerste offici\u00eble vergadering gehouden met het Kabinet van Aruba. Aan het overleg namen namens het Kabinet van Aruba directeur Joselin Croes en Jennifer Sneek van de afdeling Onderwijs deel.<\/p>\n

Volgens het op 23 mei verspreide persbericht was het de eerste ontmoeting tussen beide partijen sinds de installatie van de SCA op 7 februari 2025. Tijdens de bijeenkomst gaven de leden van de studentencommissie een presentatie over hun Beleidsplan Studenten Succes 2025-2030<\/em>.<\/p>\n

In dat plan staan verschillende thema\u2019s centraal die van invloed kunnen zijn op Arubaanse studenten tijdens hun studie. Daarbij werd onder meer aandacht gevraagd voor mentale gezondheid, discriminatie, taalbarri\u00e8res en huisvesting.<\/p>\n

Na de presentatie werd verder gesproken over de juridische positie van de SCA, het beschikbare budget en de activiteiten die de commissie voor 2025 op de agenda heeft staan.<\/p>\n
