De bijeenkomst werd volgens het ziekenhuis succesvol en inspirerend verlopen en was bedoeld voor medewerkers van de instelling.<\/p>\n<p>Centraal tijdens de dag stond het thema <em>\u2018culture of safety\u2019<\/em>, oftewel een veiligheidscultuur binnen de zorgorganisatie. Daarmee legde het ziekenhuis de nadruk op het belang van een werkomgeving waarin kwaliteit van zorg, open communicatie en pati\u00ebntveiligheid vooropstaan.<\/p>\n<p>Met de Kwaliteitsdag wil HOH aandacht blijven vragen voor de verdere ontwikkeling van kwaliteitsbewustzijn onder medewerkers. Dergelijke bijeenkomsten bieden ruimte om ervaringen uit te wisselen, kennis te delen en gezamenlijk stil te staan bij verbeteringen binnen de zorgpraktijk.<\/p>\n<p>Het ziekenhuis spreekt van een geslaagde en inspirerende dag.
