Dat maakte de bank woensdag bekend in een persbericht. Het evenement richt zich op het belang van mentaal en emotioneel welzijn binnen de Arubaanse gemeenschap.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens Edseline Leer-Semeleer, head of retail banking bij Aruba Bank, is het voor de financi\u00eble instelling belangrijk om initiatieven te steunen die bijdragen aan het welzijn van de samenleving. \u201eHet is voor Aruba Bank een grote eer om steun te geven aan een initiatief dat ons nauw aan het hart ligt. Wij geloven dat mentaal en emotioneel welzijn net zo belangrijk zijn als financi\u00eble stabiliteit. Een gezonde geest is fundamenteel voor onze persoonlijke, professionele en financi\u00eble groei\u201d, aldus Leer-Semeleer.<\/p>\n<p>Het thema van de conferentie dit jaar is <em>\u2018Note to Myself \u2013 We Need to Talk\u2019<\/em>. Volgens de organisatoren is dat een duidelijke oproep aan de gemeenschap om meer aandacht te besteden aan geestelijke gezondheid. Daarbij wordt benadrukt dat zorg voor de mentale gezondheid geen luxe is, maar een essenti\u00eble noodzaak.<\/p>\n<p>Leer-Semeleer stelt verder dat de conferentie een belangrijke rol vervult op Aruba. \u201eWij erkennen dat Mind Matters een vitale ruimte vult in onze gemeenschap en een stem geeft aan onderwerpen die vaak onderbelicht blijven. Onze deelname aan de conferentie is een duidelijk voorbeeld van onze voortdurende inzet om welzijn en empathie in de gemeenschap te versterken, als integraal onderdeel van onze pijler \u2018WE
