{"id":8353,"date":"2025-04-30T16:57:59","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T20:57:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amigoearuba.com\/?p=8353"},"modified":"2026-04-20T09:42:37","modified_gmt":"2026-04-20T13:42:37","slug":"kustwacht-verleent-assistentie-aan-vissersboot-bij-rodgers-beach","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amigoearuba.com\/?p=8353","title":{"rendered":"Kustwacht verleent assistentie aan vissersboot bij Rodgers Beach"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Het Maritiem Operationeel Centrum (MOC) van de Kustwacht heeft in het weekend na Pasen een melding ontvangen van een lokale boot die om assistentie vroeg op zee.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens de Kustwacht ging het om een lokale vissersboot die technische problemen ondervond in de wateren nabij Rodgers Beach. De twee vissers probeerden het probleem eerst zelf te verhelpen, maar namen contact op met de Kustwacht om te voorkomen dat de situatie zou verslechteren.<\/p>\n<p>Daarop werd direct een Metal Shark-eenheid naar het gebied gestuurd. Ook het Kustwachtvaartuig <em>Panter<\/em>, dat in de omgeving op patrouille was, voer naar de locatie om de vissersboot te lokaliseren totdat de Metal Shark ter plaatse arriveerde.<\/p>\n<p>Na beoordeling van de situatie besloot de bemanning van de Metal Shark de vissersboot samen met de twee opvarenden naar Commandeursbaai te begeleiden en te vervoeren.<\/p>\n<p>Beide personen konden vervolgens ongedeerd en veilig terugkeren aan wal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Het Maritiem Operationeel Centrum van de Kustwacht heeft in het weekend na Pasen assistentie verleend aan een lokale vissersboot die technische problemen kreeg op zee nabij Rodgers Beach.
