Traditioneel vertegenwoordigt een anker stabiliteit en standvastigheid \u2013 waarden die sterk verbonden zijn met het raffinaderijverleden en de internationale havenactiviteiten van de stad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In zijn nieuwe blauwe kleur draagt het anker nu een bredere betekenis.
