De plechtigheid vond plaats in aanwezigheid van hoge militaire officieren, vertegenwoordigers van politie- en veiligheidsdiensten en studenten van de militaire universiteit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens offici\u00eble verklaringen is de loyaliteitsverklaring bedoeld om institutionele stabiliteit en continu\u00efteit van het staatsgezag te benadrukken in de huidige politieke situatie. De FANB stelde dat zij zich blijft richten op de verdediging van de soevereiniteit, de openbare orde en de nationale veiligheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De erkenning van Rodr\u00edguez als waarnemend president volgt op de recente ontwikkelingen rond het leiderschap in Venezuela en wordt door de regering gezien als een belangrijk signaal van eenheid binnen de krijgsmacht en de veiligheidsstructuren van het land.
