Dit systeem houdt in dat gevechtsvliegtuigen binnen enkele minuten kunnen opstijgen zodra het luchtruim mogelijk wordt geschonden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat incident speelde zich af in Europa (<strong>niet in het Caribisch gebied<\/strong>) maar is w\u00e9l relevant in het bredere plaatje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E\u00e9n defensiestructuur, meerdere regio\u2019s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aruba, Cura\u00e7ao, Bonaire en Europees Nederland vallen onder <strong>\u00e9\u00e9n Koninkrijk en \u00e9\u00e9n defensieorganisatie<\/strong>. Wanneer defensie in Europa zichtbare maatregelen aanscherpt, betekent dat vaak:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>verhoogde informatiestromen binnen Defensie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aangescherpte dreigingsanalyses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>operationele alertheid in meerdere regio\u2019s tegelijk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>extra monitoring, ook buiten Europa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geen oorlogssignaal, maar defensieroutine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Belangrijk om te benadrukken:<br>QRA-inzetten betekenen <strong>niet<\/strong> dat er een oorlog uitbreekt, het is standaardprocedure bij:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>onbekende vliegtuigen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>verlies van radiocontact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>afwijkende vliegpatronen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>veiligheidscheck van luchtverkeer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat gebeurt regelmatig in Europa en staat los van de situatie op de ABC-eilanden.
