Ook ontkracht zij Wever&#8217;s bewering dat de onderhandelingsdelegatie van de regering &#8216;verlamd&#8217; was. Maduro zegt dat het de ministeries van de AVP-FUTURO coalitie waren die de uiteindelijke beslissing moesten nemen, in het belang van Aruba.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Waar Wever vroeg waarom de MEP de LAFT-wet niet had aangepast, legt Maduro uit dat Nederland sinds 2015 een Rijkswet eiste, en dat Aruba aanvankelijk de lokale LAFT-wet mocht behouden, tot in de coronacrisis opnieuw een Rijkswet werd ge\u00ebist.<\/p>\n<p>Maduro benadrukt dat de MEP, als zij de verkiezingen had gewonnen, de HOFA-Rijkswet niet direct zou hebben getekend. Volgens haar zou de MEP hebben gezorgd voor financieel toezicht dat de autonomie van Aruba niet (verder) ondermijnt.<\/p>\n<p>Ten slotte weerlegt Maduro Wever&#8217;s stelling dat de &#8216;exitbepalingen&#8217; in de Rijkswet te specifiek zijn. Zij legt uit dat Aruba aan 20 punten moet voldoen om weer uit de Rijkswet te komen, wat jaren zal vergen.<\/p>\n<p>Maduro concludeert dat de Rijkswet HOFA de financi\u00eble autonomie van Aruba zal aantasten, omdat al het overschot en extra leningen naar Nederland moeten, zonder dat er geld overblijft om het volk te helpen &#8211; in tegenstelling tot wat de AVP-FUTURO coalitie beweert. Zij vindt het daarom belangrijk dat de bevolking goed wordt ge\u00efnformeerd en dat onjuiste informatie wordt weerlegd.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>dat de MEP-partij
