Deze code reguleert de toewijzing van zaken binnen het Hof.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Code Zaakstoedeling is ontwikkeld om de effici\u00ebntie en transparantie van de rechtspleging te verbeteren. De code bevat richtlijnen voor de verdeling van zaken over de verschillende kamers en rechters van het Hof, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met factoren zoals de aard van de zaak, de specialisatie van de rechters en de werkbelasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8216;Het vaststellen van deze Code Zaakstoedeling is een belangrijke stap voor ons Hof&#8217;, aldus president-rechter Desiree Dijkhuizen. &#8216;Het zorgt voor een gestructureerde en rechtvaardige toewijzing van zaken, wat bijdraagt aan de kwaliteit en effici\u00ebntie van onze rechtspraak.&#8217;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Code Zaakstoedeling is tot stand gekomen na uitgebreid overleg met alle betrokken partijen, waaronder de Openbare Ministeries, de Ordes van Advocaten en andere belanghebbenden. Het Gemeenschappelijk Hof van Justitie zal de code regelmatig evalueren en waar nodig bijstellen, om te verzekeren dat deze blijft voldoen aan de behoeften van het rechtsbestel in de
