Willemstad – Een nieuw digitaal platform is gelanceerd om professionals in het Caribische deel van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden te helpen bij hun verdere opleiding en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Het initiatief is een samenwerking tussen De Haagse Hogeschool, de University of Cura\u00e7ao Dr. Moises da Costa Gomez en andere onderwijspartners binnen het Koninkrijk. Het platform richt zich op het concept van ‘leven lang ontwikkelen’, waarbij mensen gedurende hun hele loopbaan blijven leren en zichzelf bijscholen. Via het online systeem kunnen professionals op de eilanden toegang krijgen tot cursussen, trainingen en andere leermogelijkheden die aansluiten op de arbeidsmarkt in de regio. Het doel is om de drempel voor verdere scholing te verlagen en het voor inwoners van Cura\u00e7ao, Aruba, Sint Maarten en de BES-eilanden gemakkelijker te maken om zich te blijven ontwikkelen, ongeacht hun locatie of drukke werkschema. De samenwerking tussen onderwijsinstellingen uit zowel Nederland als het Caribisch gebied moet zorgen voor een breed en relevant aanbod dat aansluit bij de lokale behoeften en uitdagingen op de arbeidsmarkt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
