Na een uitgebreid ontwikkelings- en voorbereidingsproces wordt A.T.A. de eerste klant in het Caribisch gebied die de Kunstmatige Intelligentie (Artificial Intelligence, AI) module van AFAS implementeert; als een &#8216;collega&#8217; in de Human Resources afdeling van A.T.A.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jonas is ontworpen om 24\/7 ondersteuning te bieden aan de medewerkers van A.T.A., door onmiddellijk antwoord te geven op alle vragen met betrekking tot de regelgeving en interne procedures van de organisatie. De nieuwe digitale medewerker is ge\u00efntroduceerd bij het volledige team van A.T.A. tijdens een intern evenement, met een toespraak van het Human Resources team en een presentatie en demonstratie van AFAS.<\/p>\n<p>Het hoofddoel van deze implementatie is om de interne processen van de Human Resources afdeling van A.T.A. te optimaliseren, waardoor zij zich meer kunnen richten op de ontwikkeling en het welzijn van de menselijke talenten, wat een prioriteit blijft voor A.T.A.<\/p>\n<p>Binnenkort zal Jonas ook zijn eigen stem hebben, waardoor medewerkers de mogelijkheid krijgen om direct met hem te interacteren vanaf hun mobiele telefoon, zonder een computer nodig te hebben. Dit zal de toegang tot informatie vergemakkelijken en de ervaring van het personeel in hun werkomgeving verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>Net als een menselijke collega zal Jonas blijven evolueren en groeien
