ORANJESTAD \u2014 De Directie Volksgezondheid (DVG) heeft de media ge\u00efnformeerd over een vaste werkwijze voor aanvragen van interviews en offici\u00eble reacties. Volgens de dienst is die procedure bedoeld om te waarborgen dat informatie over de volksgezondheid correct, afgestemd en consistent met het publiek wordt gedeeld.<\/p>\n

Alle verzoeken voor interviews, reacties of officieel commentaar van DVG moeten voortaan worden gericht aan de public relations-functionaris en woordvoerder van de dienst, Jurette Croes. Dat kan per e-mail of via WhatsApp.<\/p>\n

Na ontvangst van een verzoek beoordeelt DVG eerst het onderwerp. Wanneer aanvullende informatie of intern overleg nodig is, wordt dit afgestemd met het betrokken diensthoofd of de verantwoordelijke werkgroep. Op die manier wil de organisatie een volledig en juist antwoord kunnen geven.<\/p>\n

Interviews worden vervolgens ingepland op basis van beschikbaarheid en met inachtneming van de urgentie van het onderwerp.<\/p>\n

DVG benadrukt dat mediabedrijven niet rechtstreeks contact mogen opnemen met diensthoofden of andere medewerkers voor interviews of commentaar namens de organisatie. Alle offici\u00eble communicatie en interviewaanvragen moeten via de woordvoerder verlopen.<\/p>\n

Volgens DVG is deze werkwijze nodig om verwarring te voorkomen, miscommunicatie tegen te gaan en een transparante en geco\u00f6rdineerde communicatie naar de gemeenschap te garanderen.<\/p>\n
