Tijdens de bijeenkomst werden Caresse Imon en Tirso Tromp gehuldigd voor respectievelijk 20 en 25 jaar dienstverband.<\/p>\n<p>Caresse Imon, werkzaam als Management Assistant EU, werd onderscheiden voor haar twintigjarige inzet binnen de organisatie. Tirso Tromp werd ge\u00eberd voor 25 jaar dienst bij ATA. Volgens de organisatie zal hij vanaf april 2026 zijn werkzaamheden officieel voortzetten als Senior Business Manager bij ATA op Aruba.<\/p>\n<p>Met de jaarlijkse YOU Anniversary spreekt ATA waardering uit voor medewerkers die 5, 10, 20 of 25 jaar in dienst zijn. Volgens de organisatie draait het evenement niet alleen om het aantal dienstjaren, maar ook om de individuele prestaties en de bijdrage van medewerkers aan de toeristische ontwikkeling van Aruba, in het bijzonder binnen de Europese markt.<\/p>\n<p>Bij de ceremonie waren onder anderen ATA-CEO Ronella Croes, CMO Sanju Luidens-Daryanani, HR-manager Shadey Figaroa, Raul Piar, Emy Lacle en overige teamleden van ATA in Nederland aanwezig.<\/p>\n<p>Ronella Croes sprak tijdens de ceremonie haar waardering uit voor de jubilarissen. Zij benadrukte dat hun inzet, creativiteit en professionaliteit hebben bijgedragen aan de groei van Aruba als bestemming in Europa. Ook bedankte zij beide medewerkers voor hun jarenlange loyaliteit en betrokkenheid.<\/p>\n<p>ATA sloot de viering af met felicitaties aan Imon en Tromp en sprak opnieuw haar dank uit voor hun bijdrage
