ORANJESTAD<\/strong> \u2013 Het Wings of Hope-team van Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA) heeft Scol Caiquetio ondersteund met een donatie van geluidsapparatuur. De school markeerde die bijdrage tijdens een speciale bijeenkomst op maandag 1 december 2025.<\/p>\n

Scol Caiquetio is een basisschool die zich richt op de begeleiding, educatie en ontwikkeling van leerlingen met uiteenlopende leerbehoeften. Volgens de school is audiovisuele communicatie van groot belang bij het geven van instructies, het verzorgen van presentaties, het vieren van prestaties en het versterken van de klaservaring.<\/p>\n

AAA ontving in september een verzoek om de school te helpen aan de benodigde geluidsapparatuur voor gebruik in de klas. Met de donatie wil de organisatie bijdragen aan betere communicatie en een meer interactieve leeromgeving.<\/p>\n

Tijdens de bijeenkomst verzorgden ongeveer vijftig leerlingen en leerkrachten een presentatie voor de aanwezige leden van Wings of Hope. Daarbij werden onder meer een lied, een theatervoorstelling met verwijzingen naar Wings of Hope en de luchthaven, en een speciaal versierd bedankgeschenk aangeboden.<\/p>\n

Leden van het Wings of Hope-team spraken hun waardering uit voor het ontvangst en de voorbereiding door de school. Volgens AAA onderstrepen dergelijke momenten het belang van maatschappelijke betrokkenheid en de impact die ondersteuning kan hebben op de gemeenschap.<\/p>\n

De luchthavenautoriteit stelt dat maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen deel uitmaakt van haar duurzaamheidsstrategie en bedrijfswaarden. Wings of Hope wil zich daarom blijven inzetten voor projecten op langere termijn die de gemeenschap ten goede komen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
