{"id":12771,"date":"2025-12-10T15:37:04","date_gmt":"2025-12-10T19:37:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amigoearuba.com\/?p=12771"},"modified":"2026-04-25T00:42:48","modified_gmt":"2026-04-25T04:42:48","slug":"commissie-ontslag-tijdelijk-met-reces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amigoearuba.com\/?p=12771","title":{"rendered":"Commissie Ontslag tijdelijk met reces"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ORANJESTAD<\/strong> \u2013 De directeur van de Departamento di Labor y Investigacion ontvangt advies van de Commissie Ontslag, die zich buigt over alle ontslagverzoeken die bij de dienst worden ingediend door werkgevers die toestemming willen om een arbeidsovereenkomst met een werknemer te be\u00ebindigen.<\/p>\n<p>De commissie is een onafhankelijk orgaan en bestaat uit vertegenwoordigers van werkgeversorganisaties en van de vakbondswereld, zoals vastgelegd in artikel 3 van de Landsverordening Be\u00ebindiging Arbeidsovereenkomsten.<\/p>\n<p>De Departamento di Labor y Investigacion maakt aan alle cli\u00ebnten met zaken die verband houden met deze ontslagvergunning bekend dat de Commissie Ontslag met vakantie gaat van 15 december 2025 tot en met 12 januari 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Alle verzoeken tot be\u00ebindiging van een arbeidsrelatie blijven in behandeling. Zaken die aan de Commissie Ontslag moeten worden voorgelegd en die zich nog in de fase van verweer bevinden, kunnen wel met vertraging te maken krijgen.<\/p>\n<p>In januari 2026 zullen alle openstaande dossiers opnieuw aan de Commissie Ontslag worden voorgelegd.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De Commissie Ontslag gaat van 15 december 2025 tot en met 12 januari 2026 met reces.
