{"id":12072,"date":"2025-10-30T13:57:09","date_gmt":"2025-10-30T17:57:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amigoearuba.com\/?p=12072"},"modified":"2026-04-24T19:52:59","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T23:52:59","slug":"emy-lacle-behaalt-bachelor-ogm-aan-universiteit-van-aruba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amigoearuba.com\/?p=12072","title":{"rendered":"Emy Lacl\u00e9 behaalt bachelor OGM aan Universiteit van Aruba"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ORANJESTAD<\/strong> \u2014 Emy Lacl\u00e9 heeft op 8 oktober 2025 met succes haar scriptie verdedigd en daarmee de titel <em>Bachelor of Arts<\/em> behaald binnen de opleiding <em>Organization, Governance and Management<\/em> (OGM) van de Faculteit der Kunsten en Wetenschappen van de Universiteit van Aruba.<\/p>\n<p>Haar afstudeeronderzoek droeg de titel <em>Introducing Community Policing in Aruba: Exploring Strategies and Factors for Successful Implementation<\/em>. De scriptie werd verdedigd tegenover een afstudeercommissie bestaande uit Thais Franken, MSc, dr. Mieke de Droog en Ramon Arnhem, MSc. Bij de verdediging waren ook OGM-programmamanager Ahmet Talan, MSc, familieleden, docenten van de Universiteit van Aruba en medestudenten aanwezig.<\/p>\n<p>In haar onderzoek richtte Lacl\u00e9 zich op de vraag welke strategie\u00ebn en factoren bijdragen aan een succesvolle invoering van community policing op Aruba. Voor het onderzoek werden leden van de gemeenschap en wijkagenten uit verschillende districten betrokken.<\/p>\n<p>Een van de aanbevelingen uit het onderzoek is om te investeren in menselijke en materi\u00eble middelen. Daarnaast adviseert Lacl\u00e9 om meer bewustwording te cre\u00ebren over wat de invoering van community policing precies inhoudt.<\/p>\n<p>Bij deze mijlpaal sprak Lacl\u00e9 haar waardering uit voor de docenten van de OGM-opleiding en de professionals die haar tijdens haar studie hebben begeleid. Ook bedankte zij iedereen binnen en buiten de Universiteit van Aruba die op enigerlei wijze heeft bijgedragen aan dit moment.<\/p>\n<p>Meer informatie over de opleiding Organization, Governance and
