Volgens het OM staan daarnaast in de loop van oktober ook twee zaken in hoger beroep op de agenda die naar verwachting de aandacht zullen trekken.<\/p>\n<p>Op 20 oktober dient de zaak-Besaril. De behandeling staat gepland om 8.30 uur.<\/p>\n<p>Een dag later, op 21 oktober, volgt de zaak-Gonzalez. Die behandeling begint om 9.30 uur en is ingepland tot 17.00 uur. Gonzalez wordt genoemd als verdachte in de moordzaak rond Maduro in Matividiri tijdens Kerstmis 2023.
