De certificaten zijn officieel afgegeven door de Directie Volksgezondheid (DVG).<\/p>\n<p>De uitreiking vond plaats in aanwezigheid van specialisten, vertegenwoordigers van de Asociacion di Specialista di Hospital di Aruba (ASHA) en het team Human Resources van HOH. Bestuurslid Gregory Croeze verzorgde een toespraak en reikte vervolgens de certificaten officieel uit.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens HOH bevestigt deze stap dat de betrokken specialisten officieel erkend en bevoegd zijn om de komende vijf jaar medische zorg van hoog niveau op Aruba te blijven bieden. Na afloop van deze periode kan de certificering worden verlengd.<\/p>\n<p>Het ziekenhuis benadrukt dat het traject intensief was, maar dat de inzet en volharding van de betrokken teams het mogelijk hebben gemaakt de certificering te behalen. In zijn toespraak stelde Croeze dat het ziekenhuis altijd vertrouwen heeft gehad in de deskundigheid van de specialisten en dat dit nu ook formeel op Aruba is erkend.<\/p>\n<p>De gecertificeerde specialisten zijn: dr. Ivonne Sijtveld (neurologie), dr. Maria Vargas (nefrologie), dr. Naraindath Boedjawan (anesthesiologie), dr. Ruben Ramos Quispe (intensive care), dr. Eddy Gonzalez Castro (urologie), dr. Sebastian Chitarroni (anesthesiologie) en dr. Anastasiia Kosova (radiologie).<\/p>\n<p>Ook ASHA-voorzitter dr. Bert Rodenburg sprak zijn waardering uit en feliciteerde de specialisten met hun certificering.<\/p>\n<p>HOH stelt trots te zijn op de specialisten en bedankt daarnaast ook de medewerkers achter de schermen die aan het traject hebben bijgedragen.
