Tijdens deze sessie stond het thema financieel management centraal, in samenwerking met partner Ernst &amp; Young (EY).<\/p>\n<p>Volgens het COA lag de nadruk op het belang van werken met een begroting op het niveau van de sportfederaties. Tijdens de bijeenkomst werd uitleg gegeven over verschillende aspecten van financieel beheer en kregen de deelnemers praktische handvatten aangereikt.<\/p>\n<p>Conny Mardenborough van EY verzorgde samen met collega\u2019s een toelichting op de belangrijkste onderdelen van een begroting. Ook werd een oefening aangeboden, zodat de deelnemers op interactieve wijze konden werken aan het opstellen van een passende begroting en vragen konden stellen over de praktijk.<\/p>\n<p>Het COA laat weten tevreden te zijn dat deskundigen op het gebied van financieel management bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de Arubaanse federaties. Volgens de organisatie moet dit uiteindelijk bijdragen aan een verdere verbetering van het sportniveau op Aruba.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Het Arubaans Olympisch Comit\u00e9
