https:\/\/www.douane.aw\/bezwaar-en-beroep\/<\/a>. Daar moet het bezwaarformulier worden ingevuld en ingediend.<\/p>\nEen bezwaar kan worden ingediend wanneer een klant het niet eens is met een beslissing of handeling van de douane. Volgens de dienst wordt het bezwaar intern behandeld en ontvangt de indiener binnen de wettelijke termijn bericht over de uitkomst.<\/p>\n
Als een klant het vervolgens niet eens is met de beslissing op het bezwaar, bestaat de mogelijkheid om beroep in te stellen bij het Gerecht in Eerste Aanleg.<\/p>\n
De douane wijst er verder op dat vanaf 1 november 2025 bezwaren niet langer op papier of per e-mail zullen worden geaccepteerd.<\/p>\n
