Hij had de rechter gevraagd het Openbaar Ministerie te bevelen hem in detail te informeren over de aard en oorzaak van de beschuldigingen tegen hem, waaronder de concrete verwijten waarop het vermeende strafbare handelen is gebaseerd.<\/p>\n<p>Daarnaast verzocht M.D.M. de rechter om het Openbaar Ministerie op te dragen uiterlijk 23 augustus 2025 een vervolgbeslissing in zijn zaak te nemen.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens het Openbaar Ministerie had M.D.M. vrijwel dezelfde verzoeken al op 15 juli 2025 ingediend. Die werden op 17 juli 2025 door het Gerecht afgewezen. Tegen die beslissing stelde hij hoger beroep in, maar het Hof verklaarde dat beroep op 8 augustus 2025 niet-ontvankelijk, omdat het te laat was ingediend door de advocaten. Daarmee werd de eerdere beslissing van het Gerecht onherroepelijk.<\/p>\n<p>De rechter oordeelde dat aan de nu opnieuw ingediende verzoeken elke redelijke grond ontbreekt, omdat het om nagenoeg dezelfde verzoeken gaat als eerder al waren afgewezen. Op grond van de wet konden de verzoeken daarom zonder verdere behandeling op zitting worden afgewezen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Het Gerecht in eerste aanleg heeft de
