{"id":10022,"date":"2025-07-17T15:32:21","date_gmt":"2025-07-17T19:32:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amigoearuba.com\/?p=10022"},"modified":"2026-04-23T14:31:00","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T18:31:00","slug":"gerecht-wijst-verzoeken-van-m-d-m-af","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amigoearuba.com\/?p=10022","title":{"rendered":"Gerecht wijst verzoeken van M.D.M. af"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ORANJESTAD \u2014 Het Gerecht in eerste aanleg heeft vanochtend de verzoeken van M.D.M. afgewezen die enkele dagen geleden waren ingediend op grond van artikel 43 van het Wetboek van Strafvordering.<\/p>\n<p>M.D.M. had de rechter gevraagd het Openbaar Ministerie te verplichten hem nader te informeren over de aard en oorzaak van de beschuldigingen tegen hem. Daarnaast verzocht hij de rechter om het Openbaar Ministerie op te dragen uiterlijk 15 augustus 2025 een vervolgbeslissing in zijn zaak te nemen.<\/p>\n<p>Volgens de rechter heeft het Openbaar Ministerie voldaan aan de beschikking van het Gerecht van 25 juni 2025. M.D.M. is diezelfde dag ge\u00efnformeerd over het feit dat hij verdachte is in een lopend onderzoek en over het wetsartikel waarop de verdenking is gebaseerd.<\/p>\n<p>Het verzoek om het Openbaar Ministerie te verplichten nog voor 15 augustus 2025 een vervolgbeslissing te nemen, is door de rechter als prematuur aangemerkt.<\/p>\n<p>Het Openbaar Ministerie heeft dit vandaag in een persbericht bekendgemaakt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Het Gerecht in eerste aanleg heeft de verzoeken van M.D.M. afgewezen.
